We collect the following personal data when you use Carryo:

• Account data: full name, email address, profile photo
• Delivery data: pickup address, delivery address, package photos, job descriptions
• Location data: approximate location when browsing jobs (drivers only, with permission)
• Device data: device token for push notifications (with your permission)
• Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, timestamps

• To create and manage your account
• To match customers with drivers for deliveries
• To send push notifications about jobs, applications, and deliveries
• To resolve disputes and handle customer support requests
• To improve the platform through analytics

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting
• Firebase (Google) — push notifications
• Cloudflare R2 — file and photo storage
• Vercel — web hosting and analytics
• Other users: your name and rating are visible to users you interact with on the platform

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Withdraw consent for push notifications at any time in your device settings
• Object to data processing in certain circumstances

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of Carryo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
